About the Role
SAUA Consulting is looking for an energetic and commercially driven Sales & Business Development Intern to support our growing business in Saudi Arabia.
The intern will work closely with our management and business development team to identify opportunities, engage prospective clients and support sales activities across SAUA’s consulting and technology service lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective clients and business opportunities across target sectors.
- Support outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other business channels.
- Assist in arranging and coordinating client meetings and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update leads, opportunities and activities within the CRM pipeline.
- Support preparation of proposals, presentations and other business development materials.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Assist with partnership development, campaigns and other growth initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Management or a related discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional approach to engaging with prospective clients.
- Good command of Arabic and English.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and digital business tools.

Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Consultant Intern

About the Role
SAUA Consulting is seeking an Governance, Risk & Compliance (ARC) Consultant Intern to join our advisory team and gain practical exposure to governance, risk, internal audit and regulatory compliance engagements.
The intern will work alongside SAUA consultants on real client assignments across multiple industries, including regulated organizations and financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support internal audit, risk assessment and compliance engagements.
- Assist in reviewing business processes, policies, procedures and internal controls.
- Support preparation of risk registers, audit working papers, control assessments and client deliverables.
- Perform research on applicable regulatory requirements and industry practices.
- Assist with compliance assessments against relevant frameworks, including SAMA, NCA, CST and other Saudi regulatory requirements, where applicable.
- Participate in client meetings, walkthroughs and documentation activities.
- Support preparation of professional reports, presentations and recommendations.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Interest in Internal Audit, GRC, Cybersecurity Compliance and Risk Management.
- Good report-writing and presentation skills.
- Good command of English; Arabic would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with regulatory or professional frameworks is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
