The National Cybersecurity Authority has launched a public consultation on its AI Cybersecurity Guidelines, strengthening Saudi Arabia’s approach to securing artificial intelligence systems.

The guidelines address cybersecurity governance, protection, resilience and third-party risks associated with AI technologies. As businesses increasingly adopt generative and agentic AI, organizations must establish appropriate controls across the complete AI lifecycle.
